Views are a way to filter the list of Actions, and access that same set of filters later on. For example, you may want to have a way to quickly access all "Verified" Actions.


Start by logging into the Incidents portal:

  1. Choose to view All Events (assigned to anyone in your Organization), or events Assigned To Me. Please note: This option is based on user permissions.
  2. Select an Event Type(s).
  3. Choose to view All, Open, or Closed Events.
  4. Click Apply Filters.
  5. Use the filter icons on the column headers to filter the list. You can drag-and-drop the columns in the order you prefer.
  6. Click Views.
  7. Click Save As.

Now, enter the View details:

  1. Enter a Name for this View. You can choose to make this your default View when you log in, and you can make it Public for others to access.
  2. Click Save.

This view can be accessed anytime going forward:

  1. Click Views.
  2. Hover over Open, My Views, and select your View.

You can also manage your Views, to edit their names, publicity, and/or remove them:

  1. Click Views.
  2. Click Manage.
