A list of Severity Codes can be created, so they are easily selected from should an Incident occur.

To add Severity Codes, start by logging into the Incidents portal:

  1. Click the drop-down menu.
  2. Click Severity Codes.
  3. Click New.

Now, enter the Severity Code details:

  1. Enter the Description.
  2. Enter the Severity of this Code (e.g. 1 may be Low, where 4 is High).
  3. Select a Color to represent this Code.
  4. Click Update.

To edit a Severity Code, highlight the name, and click Edit.

To remove a Severity Code, highlight the name, and click Delete.
