A list of Treatment Facilities can be created, so they are easily selected from should an Incident occur.

To add Treatment Facilities, start by logging into the Incidents portal:

  1. Click the drop-down menu.
  2. Click Treatment Facilities.
  3. Click New.

Now, enter the Treatment Facility details:

  1. Enter the Name.
  2. Enter the Address information.
  3. Optional: Enter a Contact.
  4. Optional: Enter a Telephone Number.
  5. Click Update.

To edit a Treatment Facility, highlight the name, and click Edit.

To remove a Treatment Facility, highlight the name, and click Delete.
