Views are a way to filter the list of Actions, and access that same set of filters later on. For example, you may want to have a way to quickly access all "Verified" Actions.


Start by logging into the Actions app:

  1. Choose to view My Actions (Actions assigned to you), or All Actions (Actions assigned to anyone in your organization). Please note: This option is based on user permissions.
  2. Choose to view All, Open, or Closed Actions.
  3. Click Apply Filters.
  4. Use the filter icons on the column headers to filter your list. You can even drag-and-drop the columns into the order you need.
  5. Click Views.
  6. Click Save As.

Now enter the View details:

  1. Enter a Name for this View. Optionally, you can make this your default View when you log in. You can also make this a Public View so others can access it.
  2. Click Save.

This view can be accessed anytime going forward:

  1. Click Views.
  2. Hover over Open, My Views, and select your View.

You can also manage your Views, to edit their names, publicity, and/or remove them:

  1. Click Views.
  2. Click Manage.
