Canned comments are useful for users, and for reporting. Users can choose a comment from a list, rather than typing the comment manually. This makes your reporting more concise, as the format will be the same across the board.
- Click Forms.
- Click Canned Comments.
- Click the green plus sign.
- Enter the Comment List Name; this act as a category, such as "Fire Extinguisher Blocked".
- Click Save.

Now, add the comment options:
- Expand the Comment List.
- Click the green plus sign.
- Type in a standard comment.
- Click Save.

Now, you can attach your Canned Comments to a form.
- Click Forms.
- Select Forms.
- Click the name of a form.

Click the pencil to edit a question.

Now, you can attach the Comment List:
- Click Advanced.
- In Comment List, click the three bars and select the Comment List Name.
- Select if users can also add a Free Comment. (When this is enabled, the user can change the Canned Comment or type their own comment; they cannot select both a Canned Comment and enter a separate, free comment.)
- Click Save.

To edit canned comments, click the pencil icon.
To remove canned comments, click the red X.
